Translation Service Terms
Terms covering translation quotations, scope, delivery, revisions, client responsibilities and receiving-authority requirements.
Last updated: July 2026Important summary
Work begins after the scope, price and expected delivery time are confirmed. The client should provide a clear and complete source and review names and numbers before final use.
Quotation and scope
Price and expected delivery time are confirmed after reviewing the file, language pair, intended use, formatting and deadline. Pages, revisions or services outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Client responsibility
The client should provide a clear and complete source, official name spellings and receiving-authority instructions, and should review names, numbers and dates before final use.
Delivery time
Turnaround starts after the order and all required files and information are confirmed. The delivery estimate may change if files are unclear or incomplete, or if the scope changes after work begins.
Revisions and changes
Comments concerning source accuracy and the agreed scope are handled within a reasonable period. Changes to preferences, the source text or additional pages may be treated as additional work.
Acceptance and legalization
We prepare certified translations for official submission. Final acceptance and any legalization requirements are determined by the receiving authority. Clients should confirm requirements such as originals, attestations, sealed copies, stamps or delivery method in advance.
Service limitations
Translation communicates source content in another language and is not legal, medical or financial advice. Documents remain the property of their owners, and the service must not be used for unlawful activity or infringement of third-party rights.
