A transparent workflow

Translation Quality and Review Process

This page explains what is checked before delivery and what clients should provide for an accurate translation suited to its intended use.

1

Requirement review

We check file clarity, target language, purpose, receiving organization, deadline and special instructions.

2

Reference confirmation

We request passport spellings, official terminology or approved references where identity or wording consistency matters.

3

Subject assignment

The document is assigned according to its legal, medical, academic, commercial or personal subject matter.

4

Data review

Names, dates, numbers, amounts, tables, terminology and annex references are checked.

5

Final formatting

The file is organized so it is clear and easy to compare with the source document.

6

Delivery and comments

The agreed format is delivered, and comments related to source accuracy and scope are reviewed.

Confidentiality and file handling

File access is limited to those needed for the assignment and used for quotation, translation, review and delivery. Clients may request deletion in accordance with the privacy policy.

Official-use transparency

We prepare certified translations for official submission. Final acceptance and any legalization requirements are determined by the receiving authority.
