Personal-name transliteration is handled as a controlled data decision. If a passport, Iqama, visa or existing official English record is available, we follow that reference rather than creating a new spelling. Numeric strings are checked character by character, and Hijri or Gregorian dates are not converted unless the client or receiving authority specifically requires a separate conversion.

Why do you ask for both sides of the ID card?▼
The reverse may contain serial data, issuing information, dates or notes. Reviewing both sides also confirms that no submission-relevant field has been missed.
Will you create a new English spelling for my name?▼
Not when an official reference is available. We prefer the spelling already used in the passport, Iqama, visa or another recognized identity record.
Do you convert Hijri dates to Gregorian dates automatically?▼
No. We normally preserve the date system shown in the source. Any requested conversion is handled explicitly so the translated value is not mistaken for source data.
Can glare or a cropped card image cause a problem?▼
Yes. Missing corners, glare and blur can hide digits or field labels. A clearer image is requested rather than guessing at incomplete identity data.
